Did not feel like a Five Star Hotel at the outset when I was checking in there was no concierge service I had to personally carry luggage After checking in I found out there is no FAN however the AC takes ages to cool down till that time need to wait There was no REFRIGERATOR which I feel is a basic amenities Overall very bad experience never would return back here

One of the best 5 star hotel in Mumbai. Polite and helpful staff. Meeting Mr. Vitthal Kamat, himself, was a wonderful experience. Clean rooms and quick service. Food was great too. We will definitely come back. Will also recommend this hotel to family and friends.
